Heal&Chill Naked

Thanks to filters and angles most of us are striving toward some body type that is shoved in our face via social media every day. This often stops our love and appreciation for our own bodies. The lack of self love causes insecurities, self sabotage and low self worth. Do you deprive yourself of consistent self care because you don’t feel your body is “worthy” of it.

My goal is to make you fall in love with your body again. Regardless of how our bodies look they choose to show up for us every single day. Our bodies do their best with the scraps we sometimes give it.

Students will attend this event naked! We will observe and applaud our bodies wonder in a 2 hour self exploration and healing experience! Sign up spots are limited and NDA’s are required to attend.
